Boudoir Re-Imagined: The Workshop Part I

A small group of vibrant, diverse, passionate women with enough character to make a storybook overflow… that is what made this workshop great. I couldn’t imagine it without a single one of them there. Usually, a workshop recap is about what was taught. I think I’ll let them tell you their own stories about that. I want to tell you what I learned.

I learned that being terrified and doing it anyway is the only road to feeling fulfilled.
I learned that I have more love inside me for people I’ve only spent 3 days with, than I ever thought possible.
I learned that there ARE people out there that will support me. No. Matter. What.
I learned that when I open my mouth and speak my truth and my passion, it’s possible for it to be embraced.
I learned that I have SO much more to learn.
And lastly…
I learned that I do NOT shoot as much as I want to when I’m trying to teach! Dangit!

    Danielle,
I can’t thank you enough for having the courage (and talent) to host your workshop. It couldn’t have come a better time for me both in my business and personally. You pushed through your fear and in return changed a part of me. For that, I am beyond grateful. You are an amazing woman and a fantastic photographer. You pushed me and challenged me, even when I wanted to argue, I kept my mouth shut and listened to your guidance. I became not only a better photographer, but a stronger woman, too. Thank you so much. Love you.
    xoxo
